When will I receive my order?
All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or during bank holidays.
After being processed, items usually take 1-3 business days to arrive at their destination inside the Netherlands and 2-6 business days in other European countries.
Shipping rates & Delivery estimates
The shipping charge will be calculated and displayed just before the checkout page. Currently, it is €4.75 inside the Netherlands and between €12.00 and €15.00 for all the other countries in Europe.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Every shipping has a Track & Trace so you can follow it quickly and easily.
Do you ship outside Europe?
We are so sorry to say we currently do not ship outside Europe.
Beewise is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, we can contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
Our return policy lasts for 14 days. We can only offer you a refund or exchange up to 14 days from the day you've received the item.
The item must be returned unused, undamaged and in original packaging to issue a full refund. We will pay for the return shipping costs.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. After your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
We can replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
To return your product, you should mail it to the same address we sent your order to, which is in Amsterdam. Send us an email if you need a confirmation of the address.
